Pedestrians who were killed by Semitruck on the I-15 near St. George; Autobahn will be opened again

Washington, Washington County-a woman was hit by a semi-truck and killed on Friday morning on the journey on the I-15 near St. George, which led to the closure of the lanes led south.

The soldiers were not sure why the woman was on the street or where she came from, said Cam Roden, Lt. Cam Roden, Utah Highway Patrol. No further details of the crash, including the identity of the woman, were published on Friday.

The incident occurred around 6 a.m.

A separate warning said that the lanes to the north and the left shoulder of the I-15 were blocked near the Washington Parkway, about a mile northeast of the first crash, just before 7 a.m.

The traffic was distracted by the motorway exit near Washington Main Street during the closure, which was solved from 11:15 a.m.
