Why did Amazon simply canceled a 97% Prime video show?

Streaming services work mysteriously, and it was indeed quite breathtaking on Friday when it became known that the Wheel of Time was canceled by Amazon Prime Video and would not return to a fourth season.

The show just seemed to find her groove. Season 1 had a score of 81% and season 2 a score of 86%, but season 3? An excellent 97% criticism that you rarely see, especially at Amazon. So what happened here? A few things, supposedly:

• Spectators: Although we have no precise numbers, we know that even with a great third season, the viewership of the show is immersed enough to get into the edge situation of this knife.
• Cost: This is the eternal ratio, the number of spectators at the costs. According to the first two seasons of the Whee Time, 260 million US dollars are reported. If we suspend this, the exceptionally large VFX load series could have taken the total amount to $ 390 million if not, and it would probably reach half a billion dollars if it returned for season 4. • An end: The wheel of time books run effectively forever, so it was unclear when a stop point could be. Supposedly, the third season should be designed as a kind of end when this has happened, but after seeing the final, I don't get this impression at all.

The fans started panicking in the past few weeks when the actor and the show runner began to share a petition “Renew Wheel of Time” created by fans for the fourth season, which means that they were not concerned about it either. It turned out that everyone was worried as we are.

It is frustrating for the fans because Amazon also exudes the Lord of the Rings: the rings of power, its billion dollar fantasy series, who received a lukewarm and allegedly let go of his viewer half From season 1 to season 2. It was renewed for the third season, although this cancellation of a family show with a high budget raises the questions whether power rings will be able to get into the alleged five season plan.
