Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal dispute falls Taylor Swift summons

The representative of LIVELY made an explanation on Thursday, May 22nd and said relief and said: “We are pleased that Justin Baldoni and the Wayfarer parties have withdrawn their harassing lectures Taylor Swift and their law firm.”

The explanation also emphasized the support of LIVELY for Swift's team and stated: “We supported Taylor's team's efforts to lift these inappropriate lectures on their lawyer, and we will continue to work for third parties who are wrongly harassed or threatened in this process.”

LIVELY's spokesman accused the Baldoni team of exploiting Swift's fame and explained: “The Baldoni and Wayfarer team tried to have inspired Taylor Swift, a woman who has been an inspiration for millions of millions since the first day.”

They also claimed that the exploitation of Swift's celebrity was part of a plan that was presented in Pr Professional Melissa Nathan's scenario planning document and added:

Swift's representative previously criticized the summons and explained: “This document pre -load should use the name of Taylor Swift to arouse the public interest by creating boulevard clickbait instead of concentrating on the facts of the case.”

Swift's spokesman clarified her minimal commitment and said: “Taylor Swift never set the set of this film on foot, she was not involved in casting or creative decisions, she did not achieve the film, she never saw editing or made notes about the film.”

They found that Swift's only connection to “It End with Us” was the licensing of their song “My Tears Ricochet” for the film's trailer alongside 19 other artists.

The 37-year-old LIVELY filed a lawsuit against Baldoni (41) in December 2024 and accused her co-star and director of sexual harassment “It ends with us”, created an enemy work environment and orchestrates a compression campaign against you.

Baldoni denied the allegations and submitted a 400 -million dollar counteruit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and the publicist Leslie Sloane, which is civil blackmail, defamation and false light in privacy.

Lively, Reynolds and Sloane have denied Baldoni's allegations, with lively and Reynolds filing the lawsuit while Sloane was taken out of the case.

Bryan Freedman's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, claimed to “manipulate” lively friends like Swift, to “manipulate” Justin at every turn.

Swift's legal team rejected the summons and called it an “unjustified fishing expedition” to obtain messages between LIVELY and Swift's lawyers.

Baldoni claimed that Swift was present in Lively in Lively in 2023 to discuss script changes and described Swift and Reynolds as “dragon” by LIVELY.

The representatives of Swift refuted this and explained that she had “never seen processing or notes on the film” and was not involved in creative decisions.

Lively's lawyers denied the allegations that their representatives were at risk of publishing old text messages, unless Swift gave a statement that supported them and called them “clearly and demonstrably wrong”.

The legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni remains unsolved, with legal proceedings planned for March 2026.
