Arrest warrants that were exhibited for 2 Rochester men in cases of sexual crime

Rochester, MN (Kroc -AM News) – For two men who were accused of sexual offenses, arrest warrants from Rochester were issued after they had recently not been released.

43 year old Ezequiel Rojas-Gasca Is charged with the second degree and two gross offenses of the malicious punishment of a child due to criminal sexual behavior. According to the court in Olmsted, Rojas-Gasca is accused of having sexually and physically abused a young girl when she was about five years old. In the criminal complaint, the abuse claimed up to 12 or 13 years old.

Rojas-Gasca should be in court next week, but could not report on a hearing in court at the beginning of this week.

Another arrest warrant was recently issued for 29-year-old units Francisco After he had also missed a necessary court hearing. Francisco is charged with first degree for two cases of criminal sexual behavior.

The indictment claims that he had sexually attacked a young girl in about two years. According to the criminal complaint, the alleged attacks occurred, while Francisco stayed with the child and her mother in a house in Rochester.

The court document states that the victim's mother had thrown him out of the house after he had found out about an incident, but let him return after he stopped drinking. Francisco is accused of sexually attacking the girl after returning to the residence.

Assuming that it will be arrested, his process is currently to take place in August.
