“It's definitely something that helps”

Whatever Dean is bringing back into the full strength and with the other Linebacker Zack Baun dances to football, the Eagles will be all the better for it.

The two formed an impressive Lineback duo for Philly last season and directed the secondary defense of the NFL as the two best tackler. Dean carried 128 with three sacks, two fiddles and intercept, while Baun 151 plus 3.5 sacks, had a selection and a whopping five forced fumbling.

It culminated in a Lombard campaign for the Eagles, in which Baun stood up as an all-pro-and Dean, which last presented the talent, which made him a selection of the third round in 2022.

But Dean's need for durability goes beyond his injury last year. He dealt with a torn breastwashing that may have contributed to a slide during his design process, and in 2023 due to foot injuries that limited him to five games, two different stations for injured reserve.

If you increase your mobility and at the same time activate the muscles in a different way than typically, hopefully it will help to compensate for a certain risk of injury in the future – even if his new activity has not inspired him to cancel his day job so soon.

“I am more interested in the performance and look at it … but I'm a soccer player through and through,” said Dean.

“My whole tries to be the absolutely best version of me. For me, the size is. If I try to be like that every day and to do everything that is necessary to be.”

Balletx enters the stage as part of his summer series from July 16 to 20.

Depending on when Eagles reports to the training camp, Dean may be able to perform the company before preparing to make one of his own.
