Lando Norris refused the hero Charles Leclerc Pole for the Grand Prix of Monaco when the McLaren driver ended the fastest of a second.

Leclerc, who led all three exercises on the streets of Monte Carlo, went fastest at the checkered flag before Norris achieved a 1 m run of 09.954 seconds with his last run to end 0.109s faster and to claim his first bar since the Australia season stay.

The driver's championship leader, Oscar Piatri, was in third place behind his teammate behind his teammate because the second Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton was in fourth place ahead of Red Bulls Max Verstappen.
