18-year-old woman who is impaled by the fence bar when collecton County crashed

Colleton County, SC (WCSC) first aid in Colleton County say that an 18-year-old driver was critically injured in an accident on Sunday afternoon.

Colleton County Fire-Rescue reacted at around 12:03 p.m. to the 500 block of the Dorsey Street, where the accident took place.

Firefighters say that one in the west had hit several fences and rested against a big bunch of dirt.

Part of a fence pole went through the windshield and skewed the driver through the chest, leaving the back of the seat.

Firefighters brought heavy equipment to cut into the car to free the driver out of the vehicle and stormed into the Musc Trauma Center with the helicopter.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol examined, which led to the crash.

On Monday there was no immediate word on the condition of the woman on Monday.
