Appeal refuses for Brownsville Death Row inmate, who beheaded his children

A man from Brownsville, who was convicted of the capital murder and the beheading of his three children and convicted of death, has lost his last appeal, according to a press release from the public prosecutor's office.

John Allen Rubio was sentenced to death in 2010 after he was guilty in 2003 to have killed his little daughter Mary Jane Rubio and his two stepkinders, Julissa Quesada and John E. Rubio. An earlier conviction in 2003 was lifted, but a second jury was guilty of the same charges.

The press release states that the fifth voice group has contested a complaint certificate for Rubio and officially ended his last attempt to question the rejection of the federal government's rejection.

“A court again decided against the recessed child killer John Allen Rubio. The Court of Appeal of the United States has decided that Rubio was rightly convicted of capital murder in 2010 and should therefore be executed for his” particularly shocking “office,” said Luis V. Saenz. “This cowardly accused has been manipulated the criminal justice system for 15 years so as not Brutal and hideous crimes in the history of Cameron County to be held responsible – the murder and the beheading of three innocent babies. “

The Court of Appeal came to the conclusion that Rubios “long -standing attempts to extend the execution – now for more than 15 years – to fulfill without merit,” said the press release.

According to the press release, the murders occurred in a convicted house near Cameron County's court building. Since then, this house has been demolished and transformed into a memorial garden for the three children.

“Together with the public, I ask the courts to drive the judgment and put an end to this seemingly endless judicial delays by allowing the state of Texas to submit the death sentence by fatal injection that a jury from Cameron County replaced on July 29, 2010,” said Saenz.

According to the press release, Angela Camacho, Rubios Common-Law-Frau, is currently serving a lifelong prison sentence and can be entitled to probation in 2043.
