Mark Prior von Dodgers believes that the violation of Roki Sasaki has contributed

The Los Angeles Dodgers have 14 pitchers on the injured list after a low season that spent the edition of the Pitching depth last year.

Roki Sasaki was seen as a unicorn from the Nippon Professional baseball with a practically unanimous splitter, an ERA of 2.10 in four seasons and only 23 years. After the right-handed man of 20 MLB teams had been courted, he finally signed at LA, but had a below-average 4.72 ERA in his first eight starts with the Dodgers.

Sasaki landed a little more than a month ago on the injured list with a shoulder impact, and Dodgers Pitching trainer Mark had previously theorated that the injury led to his lack of command to start the MLB chapter of his career.

“Sometimes he was clearly taken care of in Japan last year, and it is pulled up a little again on the head,” said Prior. “I think you have two different ways here. You have a development path that is overlaid when trying to appear at the Major League level, and these things are not easy.

“We often see it with people who come from triple-A and the little leagues and they try to continue their development at the large league level, and that is extremely difficult, and sometimes it will be messy. But I think the shoulder thing has something to do with it.

“Obviously, the speed continued. And finally he came to the point at which he spoke, and we are glad that he did it because I think it is something we had to address, his general shoulder conditioning and strength.”

The Fastball speed was the subject of his offseason house tasks that interested MLB teams were assigned to see how Sasaki's potential employers could communicate information with him. He asked teams why his fastball speed dropped the season before the season and how he ensured that she would not be back.

The pitch speed for Sasaki was another concern for Sasaki at the beginning of his Dodgers career, but the hope is that the speed and production of the phenomenon after relaxation and return to the field have to be on the field.
