Singapore visual Kei -Band Mao.a debut music video “Sever” publish

Singaporian visual bond “Mao.a” dropped her debut music video. SEPARATE, on May 18. Mix Japanese and English texts with hard screams, melodic bridges and throbbing metalThe track reveals a band that is not afraid to compensate for tenderness and brutality.

Washed in Gothic pictures and emotional weight, The video immerses in the shadow of mourning and examines its five stages both by sound and visual. It is a brave first statement by a band that is as theatrical as it is aggressive. Take a look at the music video below.

Diagous to fire, Mao.a's first EPHakai (破壊) – “to destroy”, “destruction” – is a lively outbreak of emotions and energy, With warriors and chaos in Track One, Ningen (人間), the five stages of mourning in lane two ,, SEPARATEAnd a neighbor who cooks Gut Curry in Track three Tamago!. Hakai is red, brave and game, like Mao.a's courage to face the human condition.

Formed in March 2025, Mao.a describes itself as “permeating with the warming”, on the mission, “to transform inner shadows into courage”. The band consists of singer Neo, “Noise” Screamer Uroko, guitarist Kuma, bassist Ash and drummer Ivan.

Mao.A is more than just a band; They also innovate the promotion of Japanese subcultures in overseas. They celebrated their live debut at “Kizuna”, a creator market and live music event to celebrate visual kei music and Japanese pop culture.
