Wynne Evans spoke out in his first interview after getting involved in a strictly came dance scandal.

The call of the opera singer hit at the beginning of this year when he was awarded the strict live tour due to comments under Janette Manrara.

Wynne, 53, whose professional partner Katya Jones was, later withdrew out of the spotlight and apologized for his “unacceptable” Quip, who assumed a “roast roast” with a married tour host Janette.

When he was removed from the invoice and had already made several performances, a spokesman for the BBC said: “We made Wynne very clear that we did not tolerate such behavior on the tour.

“We were not aware of the remark and received no complaints.”

The GOCOMPARE front man, who was also caught in front of the camera before laughing after he had given strict co-star Jamie Borthwick a sex toy, told the publication that he was “not a bad guy”.

He also indicates that he is “not a gymnastics” and explains that “Spit-Roast Boy” was a nickname for the Eastenders actor Jamie and insisted that the quip was a prank that was “backward back”.

“It was heartbreaking,” he said about the consequences. '”Spit-Roast Boy” was a nickname that we all gave Jamie Borthwick because he could twist his legs over his head like a spit roast chicken.

“I would be the first to apologize if I had used it in two meaning of this word.

“But it was absolutely not meant sexually – and the fact that I used” young “is nuanced, but it shows that I spoke to Jamie, not with Janette.”

Wynne was informed about the “insulting” language, which he used when the film material came to light two weeks later.

He said his natural response to explain that he “so sorry” what he claimed to interpret as a “formal excuse”.

“When I read the apology in the context of history, as it was written, I was absolutely horrified,” he added. “And it was embarrassing and ashamed of me. Because the apology looks worse. It confirms the story. '

At the time when he announced his exit from the tour, Wynne apologized to people whom he “will not see during the remaining performances”.

“I am grateful to my involvement for all the amazing support you gave me,” he added.

The incident, which took place during a photo session in the Birmingham Arena, was not the first time that Wynne raised his eyebrows with his comments when he was strictly strict at the end of 2024, the fans noticed an unpleasant moment when Katya removed his hand from her waist before he was given a high fant.

He now claims that this is a “body language experiment”, which was proposed by Russian Pro Katya, to which he “agreed naive”.

The TV personality says that Katya said to him: “Why don't we create our own body language experiment? Put your hand on my waist; I will withdraw it and see if people notice it.

“So we did it, we laughed, we went down to put on my make -up and my phone exploded, and I look at it … and I have told you that the body language experiment worked.”

The couple later excused a video on Instagram, from which Wynne believes that the situation was only reinforced and the “catalyst who started”.

In the interview, Wynne also admits that the sex toy gift was “unprofessional” and said [him] To.'

Wynne received supporting news from several members of the Strictly 2024 line -up and the Pro dancer, with Janette wrote an SMS himself to say: “Look at yourself and be strong.”

But while he has to be examined by the BBC, especially in view of the recent rows of bullying, which devours himself strictly and the release of Giovanni Pernice and Graziano di Prima, he admits that after his axing he was resigned to a place where he did not want to be alive.

Wynne, who had previously suffered from depression, says that he was “disappointed” to him in the attitude of the BBC because he spoke openly about his physical fighting fights.

“But I feel much stronger now. I am so grateful for all the support I had, and I'm just desperate to do what I love again – my BBC Radio Wales show. '

The BBC rejected a statement.
