The Pikeland superintendent Todd Fox reports the death of two students

Pittsfield, Ill. (Khqa) – The superintendent of Pikeland Cusd 10 Todd Fox reported on Saturday evening, May 24, the death of two students in a Facebook post.

Fox's contribution is:

“Dear Pikeland family,

With incredible sadness and unbelief, I share the heartbreaking news of the sudden loss of two of our students, senior citizen Jesse Davidsmeyer and Junior Joel Noble. As a school and community, we are overwhelmed in absolute shock and grief.

In the coming days we will advise Pikeland and have additional resources for every needy. Students. Staff. Community members. We encourage our parents to speak to their children and to achieve whether additional support is required.

Please keep the families of Jesse Davidsmeyer and Joel Noble, who were injured, and everyone who is affected in their thoughts and prayers. I will present more updates later. I love everyone so much.
