A 20-year-old man was shot near his house in Norristown, announced the district of the district in Montgomery County.

The law firm says Tahaj Andru Harrison was deadly shot on Friday at 9:45 p.m.

The Norristown police received a notification of Shotpotter over several shots, which were fired in 639 Corson Street at 9:43 a.m. when the police arrived. They found Harrison in the back yard of his residence, a few houses from the shootout, said they in the release.

An autopsy that appeared on Saturday from Montgomery County Coroner's office found that Harrison died of a shot wound on the chest. His death was ruled as a murder.

A joint examination is carried out by Montgomery County Detective and Norristown Police. The authorities ask everyone with information about the shootout to contact the Norristown police at 610-270-0977 or Montgomery County Detectives under 610-278-3368.
