The Line Backer of Philadelphia Eagles, Nakobe Dean, has a fascinating man, although in the old school that recovered from the torn patellar tendon, which he suffered against the Green Bay Packers last season. Dean recorded ballet with Philadelphias Balletx in the low season and claims to harvest the rewards.

“Of course there is much more flexibility. Much more mobility,” Dean told NBC Philadelphia. “It is definitely something that helps with my rehab. … You just feel a change immediately. After you have stretched, you are not so tight or painful.”

Dean started 15 games for Philadelphia last season and scored 128 duels to keep three sacks and his first career. His performance throughout the season took him 17th in the comeback player of the year after missing most of the past season due to a foot injury.

Many former NFL superstars have accepted ballet training, including Walter Payton, Herschel Walker and Lynn Swann. It is a priority for Dean to get back on the field after having missed the chance to play the Eagles against the Kansas City Chiefs in the dominant Super Bowl victory.

“My whole tries to be the absolute best version of me,” said the pick of the third round 2022. “For me, the size is. If I try to be every day every day and do everything to be.”

While Dean may take on the effects of ballet on its mobility and flexibility, he will not give up tunnels for ballet shoes soon.

“I'm not interested in ballet, I am there for mobility work and stretching,” said Dean. “I am more interested in the performance and look at it … but I'm a soccer player and through and through.”
