Mizzous Bates changes NBA Draft Boards; The Buzz, Memorial Day Weekend 2025

Tamar Bates, the Missouri men's basketball guard, increased Draft boards last month and used the possibilities before disappointment.

His outstanding achievements in the NBA G League Elite Camp and in the NBA Draft Combine placed him in 20th place in the Big Board from Nbadraft.net. He only landed three places behind Illinois' Kasparas Jakucionis.

So far, Bates visited the Golden State Warriors, Utah Jazz and Sacramento Kings before the disappointed.

In an interview during his training with Golden State, Bates wrote his time with Missouri for his development.

During the 2024-2025 season, Bates was a team captain and scored an average of 13.3 points, 2.6 rebounds and one assist per game for the tiger.
