Four people who were declared dead after an accident by two vehicles in Dickinson County

Dickinson County -Vier people were declared dead after a frontal accident with two vehicles had taken place on a Kansas Highway in the Dickinson district.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) on Saturday, May 24th, at 3:00 p.m., Dickinson County KHP contacted to react to an accident on the K-4 Highway on Mile Marker 217 (west of Dickinson Co. on K-4).

According to reports, a frontal accident occurred with two vehicles, which reported that 4 people died on site. KHP reports were seriously injured, with a number of inmates being transported to the Salina Regional Health Center.

Medical helicopters arrived on site to transport a person who was involved in the crash to the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is currently on site to support traffic because the streets in the region are closed. It is not determined when the streets will be reopened.

The examination has not yet been completed and all updates that the Salina post receives are published.
