Trump defends Harvard's ban on accepting foreign students demands transparency

US President Donald Trump defended his government's step of blocking foreign students in Harvard on Sunday after a judge suspended the campaign described by the Supreme University as illegal.

“Why does Harvard not say that almost 31 percent of her students come from foreign countries and these countries, some, some not in the United States at all, pay for the training of their students, and they do not want to intend,” Trump posted on his social platform.

“We want to know who these foreign students are, an appropriate request because we give Harvard billions of dollars, but Harvard is not exactly the right thing.”

Kristi Noem, secretary of the homeland protection protection, has revoked Harvard's ability to record foreign nationals on Thursday, to throw in doubt the future of thousands of students and the lucrative income flow.

She threatened to block international students at school last month, unless recordings about “illegal and violent activities” were turned by Visa owners.

However, a judge quickly stopped moving after the university had sued to “stop the arbitrary, moody, illegal and unconstitutional act of the government”.
