12 deaths in Ukraine when Russia starts one of the largest air raids on Kyiv

Russia has initiated one of the largest air strikes on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv since the beginning of the war and hours after the exchange of hundreds of prisoners of war in a deal, which was considered the first step towards an armistice.
