Machine Head has sharpened her sound in its most direct and most effective form with the release of her eleventh album Unatøned. The plate, which is now available via nuclear blast records, is proof of dynamics, an album that is sanded to its sharpest edge and the creative discipline and hunger bring forward.

Written in motion on the street, in hotel rooms and on continents, it reflects the raw energy of your return to the Global Festival Circuit after an 11-year break. Unatøned was recorded between July 2023 and December 2024 in Robbs Jam Room, Sharkbite Studios and Drop of SUN recording. The album was produced by Robb Flynn and Zack Omren, which was also responsible for engineering. Mixing and mastering was treated by Colin Richardson and Chris Clancy in Audiowork UK and the mastering of the record was treated by Ted Jensen and his assistant Justin Shturtz. The only exception was the “Landscape Øf Thørns” route, which was produced by Flynn and Joel Wanasek, which were also responsible for the mixing of the single alongside Zack Ohmer. Machine Head again typed Seth Siro Anton to create the album artwork.

Eleven albums Deep, Machine Head remains as violent, relevant and unstoppable as always.
