Chicago Crime: 2 injured at Drive-by shooting on the NW side, says the police, says the police

Two people were injured in a drive-by shoot on Chicago's northwest side early Sunday morning.

According to the Chicago Police Department, the shootout occurred around 3:20 a.m. in the 3000 block of the West Chicago Avenue in Humboldt Park.

What we know:

The two victims, a 59-year-old man and a female victim, were addressed by an unknown shooter in a black SUV.

The shooter shot several shots in the direction of the victims.

The man was shot in his right leg and brought into the strict hospital in good condition.

The female victim was shot into the left shoulder and also brought to the striker hospital, but listed in critical condition.

The shooter fled from the scene in an SUV in the Chicago Avenue.

Nobody is in custody in connection with the shootout.

Examine area detectives.
