DJI Mini 5, Avata 3 and Neo 2. These 5 new DJI products are available!

Exciting times for FPV -enthusiasts and DJI -Mini users. Three unpublished drones were discovered in the wild: The DJI Mini 5 Pro, the DJI Avata 3 and (apparently from all overlooked) of the DJI Neo 2. Earlier than expected, these drones are published this summer. According to the Prosumer DJI Mavic 4 -Blecks, DJI seems to continue to get products such as Hot Cakes out this year. Let me guide you through him:

DJI Mini 5 Pro in production

Strong rumors and a first look at the DJI Mini 5 Pro appeared after December when a frontal image of an uncomfortable DJI Mini 5 was seen in Chinese social media. Sources told me that they expected Mini 5 in September 2025 in September 2025. Another blurred picture of Mini 5 was recently appeared to give us something to speculate:

Without specific sheets, everything is a guess and ask my sources. But at first glance there are some interesting improvements that we can already see in these pictures:

DJI Mini 5 Pro in official FCC submissions

Fast lead 5 months since the first picture. DJI completed her DJI Mini 5 prototypes and began the mass production of her most popular drone series of all time. What is immediately noticeable in this FCC registration is the whopping 4680mAh 33.5Wh. This is a large upgrade of the DJI Mini 4 Pro 2690 mAh 18.9Wh batteries that give the Mini 4 a stable 30 minutes of flight time.

I very much doubt that this can still become another SUB 250G drone. Larger camera, more bulky design and an increase in battery power by 30% are almost impossible. In addition and most recently on Mini 5 … The time of this FCC registration seems to me to be a bit strange, I was quite convinced that the DJI Mini 5 for September 2025, not July or August. Is DJI the things again?

Dji avata 3, it comes …

To be honest, this is the first time that we see a leak on the DJI Avata 3. I dropped the name a few times, but without visual evidence everyone can say anything at that time. But take a better look at this pixelated screen grave:

DJI Mini 5, Avata 3 and Neo 2. These 5 new DJI products are available!
Dji Avata 3 seen in a video in Chinese social media. Compared to the DJI Avata 2
  • The DJI Avata 3 has the same form factor as the Avata 2.
  • The camera sensor is improved and larger, gimbal can continue to grab up, which means that the drone can also fly faster.
  • The placement of the battery was moved further back and creates more space for the nested camera, so that the orange bumpers that had the Avata 2 remove.
  • Last but not least, it seems that DJI has finally switched to a 4 -leaf propeller setup and has created a more powerful and efficient FPV experience.

DJI Neo 2, hides in sight

While everyone watches the DJI Avata 3 in the leaked video above. I noticed something about the small DJI neo with two tightly cut batteries on my back. Because the little thing in the left corner of the video is not a normal DJI -Neo. These new double -layered propellor guards and white stickers tell us that it is the first leaked prototype of the DJI Neo. To demonstrate my point of view, I removed some of the distractions in the picture below and placed a Neo 1 next to it:

DJI Osmo Nano (Action 2 Revival) and DJI Mic 3 3

In other exciting news we have learned that DJI also continues their attack on the action CAM market. The OSMO360 -Info recently leaked and registered in foreign databases, and yesterday we also found some interesting FCC submissions from a new successor from DJI Action 2 called DJI Osmo Nano.

FCC entry of the DJI Osmo Nano. Accompanied by the DJI MIC 3 registrations.

The FCC registration reminds me of the DJI campaign 2, which was published almost 4 years ago. The smallest DJI action camera had many overheating problems and was stopped soon after. You can still buy it, but it wasn't a great success. Although DJI apparently decided that they patented an almond “Osmo Nano” for “Wearable Camera” on February 20, 2025. In the FCC registrations we find the registration of a camera (ON001) and a display (OD001).

With the release of DJI Osmo Nano, the DJI MIC 3 and DJI Osmo 360 is also expected. Unfortunately, no date can be set for one of these products. It is not uncommon for a DJI product to be missing today, and OSMO products (another company line) usually last at least 6 months between an FCC notification and the actual publication.

Lick expectations for the coming months

For those who save their money to buy the DJI Avata 3 or a new DJI Neo. 2. I'm afraid you have to be patient. With only leaks that show a prototype, it can take a month or two before we can expect a teaser fan from specifics. On the other hand, the DJI Mini 5 Pro could appear earlier than expected. July is out of the question, and with the FCC, which was submitted shortly, I expect to find early web shops and pictures in about 2-4 weeks.

Whatever happens, I will update them here on DJI -Lecks. Cheers! jasper
