Four killed by Dickinson County Crash

A two vehicle on Saturday afternoon on a Highway County Highway by Dickinson County killed three adults and one child.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a passenger car from Hyundai Elantra drove east on the K 4 motorway. The car crossed from the middle and performed an oncoming Chevrolet -Travere -SUV head.

The driver of the car and two passengers were killed. You will be as:

  • Dawn Rae Peel, 30, Herrington – driver
  • Peggy Ann Sutton, 71, Bartlesville, Oklahoma
  • Nathaniel Haney, 8, Hermington

A passenger in the car, the 6-year-old Mathew J. Haney from Herrington, was brought to a Wichita hospital for treatment.

A passenger in the SUV was also killed. It is identified as:

  • Denise Renee Heneley, 57, Herrington

The driver of the SUV and two passengers were also injured. You will be as:

  • Adam Gerhart Henely, 23, Salina – driver
  • Aidan Gregor Henely, 20, Hermington
  • Archer Garron Henely, 14, Herrington

Archer was brought to a Wichita hospital to be treated for suspected serious injuries. The other two were not admitted to the hospital.

The crash occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. on Saturday afternoon on K 4 Highway am Mile Marker 217, four miles west of K 15 Autobahn.
