1 killed, 2 injured in North Phoenix Shooting; No suspect found

Phoenix (Azfamilie) – One man is dead and two others are injured after a shootout broke out early Sunday morning in North Phoenix.

The crime was reported in a neighborhood near 17th Avenue and the Bell Road. The investigators say that a dispute between three men and a suspect escalated into a “violent shootout”.

The three men were shot and one was declared dead at the crime scene. The police said that the other two were brought to a nearby hospital with serious but not life -threatening injuries. The police have not yet identified the victim.

According to the authorities, the suspect fled from the area before the officials arrived. No suspect or vehicle description is available at this point.

Detectives continue to come together about the shoot.
