Campbell went to the Summerville police on Thursday morning.

These fees come from the incident of April 12, in which Campbell drove in North Main Street around 2 a.m. The police said he had traveled at high speed when he ignored a traffic signal at the intersection of the street with Berlin G. A man who was in the back seat of Campbell's car, the 21-year-old Dakari T. McCutchen, received fatal injuries.

The police say that Campbell's blood alcohol content was tested at 0.282% at the time of the crash. The legal limit in the state of South Carolina is 0.08%.

Campbell was instructed in the Hill-Finklea-Hachzentrum, where it was kept in bonds until the hearing.
