Was Houston Rockets Center painted from All-NBA?

This season, no rockets in Houston were appointed in one of the all-NBA teams, a player on the Rockets missed the third all-NBA team only one point.

This player is the Rockets only NBA All-Star and start center this season, Alperen Sengun.

During his fourth NBA season, Sengun made a big leap by cracking the all-star team and was also a focus for the Rockets offensive, which helped them to secure a No. 2 seed in the playoffs.

He ended the regular season with an average double double for the year with 19.1 points, 10.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game, all with a field gate of 49.6%.

In the voting of all-NBA teams, Sengun ended with 40 votes from the third team and six voices of the second team and pointed it to 58 total vacancies. That would make him closest player to land all-NBA honors about the 15 that deserve the award.

Although he was not appointed in any two teams, Sengun was still the only Rockets player who received votes for an all-NBA team.

It is a difficult decision to say who should have replaced Sengun if he discusses the SNUB from this all-NBA selection.

The fans went to social media to express their displeasure with the final results of the vote, and some even said that Sengun should have replaced Jalen Williams from Oklahoma City, who ended with 73 total points from the voters.

Many reactions of rockets and basketball fans around the world have been heard on social media, but unfortunately will not change the already placed vote.

At Sengun he will have an enormous season to incorporate into the 2025-26 campaign and can use this all-NBA miss as a fuel to possibly make it.
