He first appeared in the Federal Court in Brooklyn, where he was ordered to remain in custody until the legal proceedings.According to the US Ministry of Justice, Naummeyer traveled to Israel in April 2025. Last week he appeared with a backpack in front of the US message in Tel Aviv and supposedly tried to start a fire bomb attack.He approached a security guard, spat on him and tried to flee the scene and left his bag behind. When the Israeli authorities searched the backpack, they found several Molotov cocktails, fire devices that contained a flammable liquid. Naummeyer remains in custody until further legal proceedings.
