Walker, dog struck and killed by trucks in McMinnville

McMinnville Ore. (KPTV)-A 46-year-old woman and her dog were hit and killed in the early Saturday evening, according to the McMinnville police department.

Shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, first aiders at the intersection of the southwestern Sheridan Road and the Southwest Cypress Lane were called to the scene of the accident.

The police say that Audra Ackerman from McMinnville is with her dog and crossed the Cypress Lane when it was hit and killed by a truck who pulled a trailer for landscape design.
