Me's Office identifies the man who was killed when you get started with a vehicle along the Interstate 10

SAN ANTONIO -The office of the medical examiner Bexar County has identified a man who was killed with a vehicle in an accident.

The 32 -year -old Arnulfo Ernesto Hernandez died of violent violations, said the medical examiner's office. His death was ruled as an accident.

The crash occurred on Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. along Interstate 10 in the Roland Road exit.

The police in San Antonio said that a man was killed in an accident with a single vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. (KSAT)

The San Antonio police said witnesses told the authorities that Hernandez was traveling at an “uncertain speed” when he lost control of the vehicle and fell against a guardrail.

The police said Hernandez had not worn a seat belt.

Hernandez was taken to a hospital with life -threatening injuries, where he was later declared dead.

No other vehicles were involved.
