Trump calls Putin 'absolutely crazy' after the greatest Russian attack on Ukraine

US President Donald Trump said that he was “not happy” with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin after Moscow was largely stimulated on Ukraine.

In a rare complaint, Trump said: “What the hell happened to him? He kills many people.” Later he called Putin “absolutely crazy”.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky previously said Washington's “Silence” about the recent Russian attacks was encouraged and called for the “strong pressure” – including harder sanctions – against Moscow.

At least 12 people were killed in Ukraine on Sunday and dozens were injured after Russia fired 367 drones and rockets – the highest number in a single night since Putin launched a complete invasion in 2022.

Air sirens that were warned in many regions in many regions of Ukraine in many regions of Ukraine.

At least three people, including a child, were injured in the northeastern city of Kharkiv, said Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

When Trump spoke to reporters in New Jersey late Sunday, he said about Putin: “I have known him for a long time, always stood out with him, but he sends rockets into cities and kills people, and I don't like it at all.”

Shortly afterwards, Trump wrote in a contribution about the truth that Putin “got absolutely crazy”.

“I always said that he wants the whole Ukraine, not just a piece of it, and maybe that's right, but if he does it, it will lead to the fall of Russia!”

But the US President also had strong words for Zelensky and said that he “does no favor to his country by talking as he does”.

“Everything from his mouth causes problems, I don't like it and it stops better,” wrote Trump from Zelensky.

Despite the European allies of Kyiv, which prepares further sanctions for Russia, the United States said that it will either continue to try to teach these peace talks or “go away” if progress does not follow.

Last week Trump and Putin had a two-hour call to discuss a US ceasefire to set the fights.

The US President said he believes that the call had become “very good” and added that Russia and Ukraine “would immediately start negotiations on an armistice and” an end to the war “.

Ukraine has publicly agreed to a 30-day ceasefire.

Putin only said that Russia will work with Ukraine to create a “memorandum” for a “possible future peace” – a step that Kyiv and its European allies described as delayed tactics.

The first direct Ukrainian-Russian talks have been held in Istanbul, Türkiye since 2022.

Apart from a great prisoner of war last week, there was hardly any or no progress in the break in the fight.

Russia is currently checking about 20% of the Ukrainian area. This includes the Crimea – the southern Peninsula of Ukraine 2014.
