Trump Sack's national security advisor, Deputy after signal leaks

US President Donald Trump released a national security advisor Michael Waltz for weeks after incorrectly added a civilian journalist from a signal group in which sensitive military operations and tactics were discussed.

Mr. Trump also dismisses Mr. Waltz, Alex Wong, who was embarrassed by the signal group's drama.

Mr. Trump first supported Mr. Waltz and explained that he was a “good man” who “had learned his lesson”.

But the controversy of the signal leak threw a pall on the leadership of Mr. Waltz and questioned his ability to be efficient as the nation's security manager.

The problems of Mr. Waltz began on March 24th, as the Atlantic's journalist, Jeffrey Goldberg, a piece in which he described his incorrect addition to a signal group chat with Vice President JD Vincent, Minister of Defense Pete Hegseth and other high-ranking security officers.

He published the report and left out sensitive military operations that he met in the group. But Mr. Hegseth's public refutation that there was no sensitive details in chat prompted Mr. Goldberg, later to publish the military tactics discussed in the group, all of which corresponded to the US strike in Yemen.

Mr. Trump again bought a new NSA with the fall of Mr. Walzer, which was selected to replace Matt Gaetz.
