Dealing with death, day by day, is not for the weak nerves, but for a job that you know about the end of life what to know.

Medical examiners must confront all aspects of death and often find explanations for what happened in the last moments of a person's life.

Dr. Judy Melinek, who works as a medical examiner in New York City, opened her experiences in the job, including the worst death that she has seen at all.

She shared some of the terrible way how life in the big city can kill her in her book from 2014: two years, 262 bodies and the creation of a medical examiner. In the novel, she goes into detail about some of the things she saw in the job and explores the topic of death deeply.

Dr. Melinek spoke about her earlier job in an interview with New York Post and revealed that NYC had “all kinds of great opportunities from her chief resident” while studying in the metropolis. Since then it has become a roadmap for her life after the council proved to be very precise. She now believes that she has seen pretty much everything when it comes to the deceased and how a person can come to an end.

“The worst nightmares I had in my two years at Ocme (Office of Chief Medical Examiner) came after I had carried out the postmortal exam from Sean Doyle,” she said.

According to Dr. Melinek was Doyle a bartender in Big Apple, who was traveling with his friend Michael Wright and Wright's girlfriend in an eventful night in 2002.

Exact details about what happened next are unclear, but Doyle would end at the end of an open man hole. Doyle fell about 18 feet into the open hole and landed in a pool of boiling water that flowed from a broken head. The man would survive the fall without broken bones in a miraculous way – but this was not a lucky result due to the extremely hot water below.

He came to an end in a much cruel way when the first aiders could not get him out of the tunnel due to extreme temperatures and were tragically cooked after the screaming of Help Doyle when the temperatures scored 148 ° C.

Dr. Melinek remembered that the dead man looked as if he had been steamed like a lobster. The outer layer of his skin had completely removed and its inner organs were cooked.

The medical examiner said that it was the case for her and the one who has not yet surprised her the “worst nightmares” of her career.
