New Orleans escaped inmates: Huntsville police

Huntsville, Texas (KTRK) – The Texas police published a Body Camera video that showed the moments in which two of the remaining refugees who had escaped from a prison of New Orleans were found and arrested.

On Tuesday, the Huntsville police published the Bodycam and Dashcam videos online.

According to the deputy US marshal, Texas DPS Leo Tate and Jermaine Donald from Highway 190 and the Geneva Road in Huntsville, Texas. The two have been on the run since they fled eight others from the New Orleans Justice Center on May 16.

Tate and Donald are facing additional charges and remain in custody until they are withdrawn to Louisiana.

According to the Attorney General of Louisiana, Liz Murrill, Tate was initially imprisoned by a criminal and illegally imprisoned a weapon due to burglary, possession of a firearm. He also has a criminal history that contains the attempted second degree murder.

Murrill also said that Donald was initially imprisoned by a criminal due to murder's second degree, heavy battery and possession of a firearm.

According to Louisiana police officers, two other inmates are missing, which escaped on May 16.
