  • Observed excessive fly and M. presence in the kitchen. Determine a suitable method to keep flying from the kitchen area.

  • Observed raw beef stored in Ric, which is located under the preparation cooler on the grill line. Repetition of the violation. Cover all food in the warehouse.
  • Observed unknown spices/spices that are stored outside of its original packaging without a label. C/A: You label all foods that are stored outside of its original container and/or packaging.
  • Observed food dealers who wore red bracelet on the wrist during the preparation of food. Jewelry should not be worn during active food preparation, except for a simple metal band.

  • Observed food in steam sitting well. Cover all foods to prevent accidental contamination. Manager covered food.
  • Observes that no prepared disinfectant or disinfection shovel for disinfection of the meter. Preparatory attempts Buckets first during the preparation.

  • Observed no agreements on the health reporting of employees. Have all employee health agreements concluded for employees. Corrected on site. Repetition of the violation.
  • Watched several items that were stored in RIC after the expiry date: cut tomatoes (19.05.25), Hooters -Spürz (16.05.25), onions (May 20, 200), chocolate cake (20.05.25) and Buffalo Shrimp (5/21). Repetition of the violation. Monitor the use through data and labels exactly. Throw away appropriately.
  • Observed wet nesting of stacked containers. Let the dishes dry properly before stacking.
  • Observed beverage jumper that were stored in Rusty shelves in the bar area. Do not keep food contact surfaces for rusty equipment. Get new shelves or find a more suitable area to store food contact surfaces for the bar area.
  • Observed standing water in the main kitchen area. Drive/remove the water as soon as possible to avoid possible injuries.
  • Observed dust waste in the kitchen on ceilings, especially above the Expo window, where food is going through. Observed several cracked/missing floor tiles in the main kitchen area. Clean dusty areas to clean the porter/expo window. Repair repair cracks/missing floor tiles.

  • Watched several foods in a multiple range in a cool and walk -in cooler that was not saved. The objects were covered with plastic film. Make sure that all foods are covered.
  • Observed chemicals for shell machines that were stored in soy saucial bucket was unknown. DISH machine is not currently working. CA: Use approved chemicals that are properly saved in original containers for bowl machine.
  • Watched several mass items stored in containers without labels. Make sure that the containers are properly marked with product information.
  • Watched several food products that were stored on the ground in the walk -in cooler and in the walk -in freezer. Make sure that food is stored above the ground at least 6 inches.
  • Watch several shovels without handles used in large soy sauces. Use only scoops with handles.
  • Observed employees who are stored in the kitchen in non -defined employees. Only keep employee items in designated areas.

Baymont Inn and Suites, 629 NW Frontage Rd., Augusta, 75

  • CFSM/PIC must actively manage the temperature/time control of TCS foods
  • Post CFSM certificate in public view.
  • Disinfectant donor supply at the time of inspection empty; Use an alternative disinfectant (with suitable test strips) (with quat disinfectant has been informed that bleach can be used when the proper concentration is tested; bleach in the kitchen on hand).
