The son of the founder of Piero's Italian cuisine submitted an indictment for harassment without competition after the police had declared that he had lent $ 1.5 million without permission and threatened to carry out a shootout in the restaurant.

The 46 -year -old Evan Glusman was arrested in April, hours after the police said he had sent a threatening text because he suspected to make a threat or to convey incorrect information about terrorist acts and harassment.

The Metropolitan Police Department said that the officials went to the restaurant after Glusman reported that the manager had written an SMS that he had “gone home to get a weapon, and F-Ehing them in the middle of the restaurant”, the restaurant, a staple in Las Vegas since 1982.

Glusman's father, Fredrick Glusman, told the police that he suspended his son after the younger Glusman cheated on the business. When he was said he had to step back, Glusman “made extremely angry,” said Metro.
