1 injured in T-bone crash on the Highway 63 in Lancaster

A northeast of Missouri with two SUVs from Iowa sent one person to the hospital.

It happened on Tuesday at 12.15 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 63 and the Highway 202 in Lancaster.

The Sheriff's office of the Schuyler County announced KTVO at the crime scene that one by John Matney (67) from Marshalltown, Iowa, driven SUV in Ostbound in 202 was not gone and an SUV was on the Highway 63 to the north.

The second SUV was driven by Michael Craycraft (63) from Ottumwa.

Nobody in the Craycraft vehicle was injured.

Matney's passenger, Penny Matney, 65, from Marshalltown, suffered minor injuries.

She was brought for treatment with the ambulance for the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

Both SUVs had to be towed out of the scene.

The Lancaster Fire and Rescue staff led the traffic at the intersection until the destroyed vehicles were removed from the street.
