The 13-year-old NBA veteran compares Tyrese Haliburton with the legendary Point Guard

The striker of ex-Los Angeles Clipper, Marcus Morris Sr., has recently made his round in the media as a contributor for various shows on ESPN platforms. During his latest appearance “First Take” on Tuesday, Morris Sr. added his two cents into the controversial debate about Tyrese Haliburton's references as NBA superstar.

Morris Sr. transformed Haliburton's little market-rest and playing style with the NBA legend Chris Paul and emphasized his conviction that Haliburton and Paul share similar “floor general” qualities that they do by improving the teammates around them.

“I think we were only used to a superstar that is sporty and in a larger market,” said Morris SR .. “What Haliburton is doing is similar to what Chris Paul does. As we said, Chris Paul was a superstar, isn't a superstar, and Chris Paul was the ultimate general, and that was what made him a superstar.”

“He made the boys better. He won games,” added Morris Sr. “That made him a superstar. He was not the sportiest. He made big shots on the clutch.

Morris Sr.'s comment predicted the host Stephen A. Smith, who demanded Morris Sr. to rethink the comparison.

“Do you know that if you bring up CP3, you talk about a top six, the top sieves -point -Guard in history?” Said Smith. “We talk about someone who was drawn as a” point god “with the nickname for loud nickname. No point guard, but the point of God. An extraordinary soil for the ground.”

“I mean of all the great point Guards in NBA history, we talk about this guy (in the top six), the top Seven, probably in the top five.

With game 4 Tuesday evening, Haliburton and the Pacers have the chance to take control of the series 3-1. The tip is set for 8:00 p.m. EST.
