Moss Point Man, who was charged in the cell phone due to homicide in the fatal frontal accident

Mobile, Ala. (Wala) – A Moss Point man was charged with a fatal crash in the cell phone last year for manslaughter.

Crash in Mobile County kills 1 Mississippi man, violates another

Shawn Kruse was booked to the Metro prison at the weekend.

According to the crash report, Kruse collided head-on with John Holyfield (66) from Lucedale, Mississippi on June 15, 2024.

Kruse was brought to the university hospital for medical treatment.

The crash occurred at the Airport Boulevard near the Roberts Chapel Road, about 10 miles west of Mobile.

The indictment states that Kruse drove into the middle lane and the wrong side of the street.

According to the crash report, Kruse delivered a voluntary blood sample.

Fox10 News turned to the Mobile County district prosecutor's office on the results of this blood sample and received this answer.

Kruse has connected with a bond of $ 30,000.
