2 people in the accident injured with two vehicles in Jones County

Jones County, Miss. (WDAM) – Two people were seriously injured, and a third person is grateful that she is alive in Jones County on Tuesday morning.

The crash occurred on the trail of Line Road near the intersection of the old Highway 15 South and the Valentine Drive intersection.

The MPs of Jones County, Zach Strickland and Dalton Ainsworth, went to a non -related call when they occurred shortly after the conclusion.

The collision included a Pontiac Trans on and a Honda Civic.

The trans am was completely torn in half, but the driver passed away with only one scratch on the ear.

The passengers of the husband and wife of the Honda suffered injuries and were transported by the Emserv Ambulance Service to the South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel for treatment.

It is believed that your injuries are not life -threatening.

The crash occurred when the road was wet while it was rising.

Voluntary fire brigade and rescue units by Johnson and Ovett also reacted to the scene together with AAA.

The crash is examined by JCSD.
