The Dui-suspect drove about 14 miles against SR-14 wrongly before a fatal crash, says WSP, says WSP

One false driver is exposed to several fees, including DUI and vehicle murder after falling into another car on State Route 14, killed one person and two more injured.

Washington State Patrol identified the driver as Erik Mario Moya, 23, from Vancouver. He will be charged on Wednesday afternoon for DUI, vehicle murder and two charges for vehicle tabs.

The crash occurred on Monday on Monday on the motorway in Camas shortly after 11 p.m. According to reports, Moya reported about 14 miles to SR-14 in the lanes in the west towards the east before colliding with another car.

The other driver died in the crash. He was identified as Michael C. O'Brien, 18, from Portland. O'Briens two passengers, Jack G. Craig (18) from Portland and an unimaginated 17-year-old, were seriously injured in the crash.

O'Brien's family started a Gofundme page to support the expenses.

The Washington State Patrol said that the response time “took a while” because the soldiers were tied up with other calls.

The highway was reopened early Tuesday morning after the officers had completed their investigation.
