Video shows deadly red-light crash-crash police. The police were caused by drunk drivers

Hollywood, Fla. -NEU published video shows a fatal accident in September 2024 in Hollywood, which led to the police were responsible.

Paul Anthony Negrin, 32, from Miramar, is charged with several crimes that he was drunk and that cocaine and marijuana had in his system when he led a red light in the Sheridan Street and State Road 7 in “more than double double”.

The crash occurred shortly before 4:20 a.m. on September 1st.

“Don't let us die,” said the victim Patricia Darville about Local 10 News that she said after the crash.

Darville was a paraplegia during the man she was called “Best Friend”, Kendall Russell. Another friend, Rose Stewart, was also injured.

“I cry a lot about it and still speak to Ken,” said Darville. “I say Ken: 'I'm sorry. You know, just I'm sorry that this happened.'”

Negrin drove a Lexus GX460 from 2018 at 83 miles per hour in the Sheridan Street for less than two seconds before led a red light and made the trio in a Toyota Camry on the way to the south, the police said.

The authorities said his blood alcohol level had an “extremely high”. They said he also had cocaine and marijuana in his system.

The police said the officials asked him where he was after the crash, and he told them that he was more than six miles on the Miramar Parkway and University Drive.

“Why do you think God held you here?” The local 10 -messages reporter Rosh Lowe asked.

“Because I have a testimony. I have a testimony to say. Let me tell you that in this car there was a living hell after the accident,” said Darville. “Just being in this car, I don't even want to think about it. I don't want to think about it.”

Records show that Negrin was not guilty in this case, and from Thursday he stayed in the Broward main prison, without bond.
