A man from New Jersey died on Easter Sunday, after he was died to death with a bat, according to the local authorities.

The 54 -year -old Louis Serbeck died when he was taken to the hospital after a deadly confrontation, in which his youthful daughter was also attacked according to the public prosecutor of Columbia County.

The police have now arrested 55-year-old Eric Hannah and an unnamed 17-year-old boy for murder and arms punishment, according to a press release from the public prosecutor.

The minor man, who was only identified as JH by prosecutors, is also raised before an additional indictment for serious bodily harm.

The confrontation came from an incident that took place the day before when the minor man attacked the daughter of Serbeck, which was not named by prosecutors.

Officials from the Vineland police authority soon arrived together with the employees for emergency services.
