Long Island Expressway Road anger: friends mourn 29-year-old man who was killed in the New Hyde Park in the event of an accident

New Hyde Park, Long Island (WABC) – The victim of friends of a street rag speaks on Long Island after the 29-year-old man who drove a motorcycle after a driver had a pick-up truck with a driver.

It is not easy for the friends of Ibis Baez to think about his death on Long Island Expressway Service Road, but nothing is easy for her now.

Doric owner and Austin Ramos made a pilgrimage to the spot that Baez died.

The 29-year-old was more than his roommate, more than his fishing buddy and as much more than her boyfriend.

“Loved by everyone. I don't care whether they know him for five minutes, five years, for 10 years, as they were loved by everyone,” said Holder.

“He was always ready or more prepared than for everything that came to him,” said Ramos. “But when God calls, God calls.”

It happened on Friday afternoon in Lie Service Road in the New Hyde Park Road.

Baez, on his motorcycle, somehow got into a dispute with a driver in a pick-up that says that the police officers Baez held against a barrier. He had no chance.

The police arrested the driver, the 64-year-old Brian Boll, in what they call murder rage.

The public prosecutor said that Noll had a “verbal argument with Baez” in which Baez used his hand to push the defendant's arm and or the driver's levels. Noll then deliberately pushed left into the victim's motorcycle and let him hit the guardrail, which caused his death. “

“I don't care how much street rage you have, you know that it is a motorcycle. There is no protection,” said Holder.

“Yes, you tell me a pick-up compared to a bicycle man,” said Ramos.

Noll was charged with the second degree murder.

There is now a memorial on a busy street that is dedicated to the best kind of friend.
