Do you feel unmotivated? A “dopamenu” could be the brain thrust you need

Anchorage, Alaska (Ktuu) – at this time of year it can feel particularly overwhelming, and if you have to show little with little every day, your brain could long for a dopamine thrust.

Dr. Sanjay Guppa, moderator of the Chasing Life podcast, suggests creating a “dopamenu”, a personalized list of activities that help to do the brain chemical for focus, motivation and reward.

“It is a personalized list of activities with which you can bring relaxation, relief and reward,” said Guppa. “If you can trigger your brain and access this dopamine, it can help you concentrate.”

To build your own dopamenu, Gupta recommends writing down small, entertaining activities that you can contact all day before using burnout. The key is easy, entertaining and tailored to you. A well -designed dopamenu can only be the mental refresher that your brain must penetrate.
