Ms. Dead in the obvious murder self-murder identified in Henderson | Murders

A woman who was found dead when the police reacted to a suspected murder murder in Henderson in Henderson on Wednesday.

Leah Klass, 53, from Henderson, was identified by the Coroner's Office of Clark County on Thursday when the woman found dead when the police officers from Henderson responded to a house in the 1200 block of the Imperia Drive near Grand Hills Drive and South Eastern Avenue on Wednesday.

According to a pressing of the Henderson Police Department, the officials came to find a 53-year-old woman dead and a 74-year-old man with a pistol on site.

According to the publication, the police “tried to communicate with the armed man for about 40 minutes”. The man then shot himself and was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died, the police said.

His identity had not yet been published by the Coroner's office on Thursday.

The situation was “probably the result of a murder self-murder,” said the police in the press release.

The woman's death was not published on Thursday. The man's cause of death was also not released.

The case was examined this year as the third murder in Henderson.
