The residents of Long Beach can now order birth and death certificates online

The Long Beach residents have been able to apply for birth or death certificates for people who have been born or have died since 2019.

The online platform Vitaldirector, launched by the Long Beach Ministry of Health, manages the processing, payment and issue of important records from anywhere. The residents can request that recordings are sent directly to them or collect them from the Vital Records Office in the main health facility in 2525 Grand Ave.

A birth certificate costs 32 US dollars for ordering, and death certificates cost 24 US dollars and additional online fees. As soon as a data record has been ordered via Vitaldirector, users are notified by e -mail, telephone call or SMS as soon as the request is approved and picked up or sent for delivery.

Birth and death certificates are only available for people who have been born since 2019 or who have died in Long Beach.

The Vital Records Office will continue to offer personal services for birth and mortality certificates as well as registration for births outside the hospital and funeral permits.

Online requests can be made by visiting the vitaldirector website.
