Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson criticizes Trump's attacks on judges

Washington – The US Court of Justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, said on Thursday, the attacks by Republican President Donald Trump and his allies on judges are “not accidental” and seemed “intended to intimidate the judiciary”.

The highest judge John Roberts blamed Trump in March because he asked a federal judge and relaxed the tensions between the state's executive and the judiciary as Trump's power of power.

“The attacks are not accidental. They seem to intimidate those of us that serve in this critical capacity,” said Jackson at a judge conference in Puerto Rico.

The federal judges have declared that the Trump administration had failed to commit court commands in relation to foreign help, federal expenditure and the dismissal of government employees. The administration denies that it opposed the judges, but critically critically about orders and judges who blocked their actions.

“The threats and harassment are attacks on our democracy, our government system. And ultimately they risk undermining our constitution and the rule of law,” said Jackson.

Jackson, a representative of the former democratic President Joe Biden, did not mention Trump by name, but spoke about “the elephants in the room”.

Her comments were cited in media reports from Politico and New York Times, with politico found that their comments received constant ovations.

The combative atmosphere as part of the Trump administration has given some legal experts a potential constitutional crisis.

The Supreme Court has a conservative majority of 6-3.
