A collision at the intersection of the Rainbow Boulevard and the Cheyenne Avenue on Thursday evening led to a person being hospitalized.

The Metropolitan Police from Las Vegas reported that a limousine and a pickup collided at the intersection around 9:00 p.m.

According to the police, the sedan driver was taken to the hospital with non -life -threatening injuries.

The driver of the pickup was not injured, say officials.

As a result of the accident, all three lanes towards the south on the Rainbow Boulevard are closed in the Cheyenne Avenue.

In addition, two streets of the Cheyenne Avenue were blocked in the east.
