Brooklyn Nypd Schießerei: NY -General Preserving

East New York, Brooklyn (WABC) – The New York general prosecutor's office has opened an investigation by a fatal shootout from the police, which was playing in Brooklyn on Tuesday evening when the NYPD community reaction team was looking for stolen cars.

The 28-year-old suspect, Jumaane Wright from Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot after he had almost hit a NYPD lieutenant, who was part of a roadblock, who tried to speed up Wright on Belt Parkway.

Officers discovered the Porsche for the first time when he was stolen with license plates in Pennsylvania, which did not match shortly after 8 p.m. near the Cropsey Avenue in Canarsie who did not match

The police tried to pull the driver, but Wright declined and drove to the east on the Belt Parkway.

After the new protocol of police tests, the officers did not pursue him.

“We did not pursue the vehicle, we strategically sparkle in advance to close the traffic to see if we could intercept this car that we now know that it was stolen,” said NYPD boss of the John Chell department.

This strategy is a result of the politics introduced by the NYPD at the beginning of this year to limit the activities of the police vehicle to only serious and violent crimes in order to avoid accidents, damage to property or injuries and death.

Instead, they transmitted the vehicle description to other officers, so that those in an adjacent district were able to set up a roadblock near exit 13.

Wright exposed itself to avoid the roadblock and raced to civil servants who either cut or almost cut a lieutenant, says the police.

The investigators say that the lieutenant had fired a single shot that hit Wright, who was still driving a mile until he finally stormed the Porsche into a NYPD vehicle.

The 28-year-old was taken to the hospital, where he later died. He was on the probation of the federal government for stolen cars from Pennsylvania to New York.

The investigation of the police delighted by the police by the General Prosecutor's Office from New York is a standard procedure.
