Morganton Mann, who was killed in the crash, accused Lenoir -mann

A man was killed on Thursday (May 1st) in a crash of Burke County and one person was charged. The deceased is the 67-year-old Rex Ivy Powell from Morganton.

On Thursday at around 1:40 p.m., the North Carolina State Highway Patrol reacted to NC 181 in Bowman Avenue. A FEDEX delivery car from 2015, which drove in the east in Bowman Avenue, tried to cross NC 181 from a stop sign, and hit a Nissan border from 2006 to the north.
