Wednesday morning in Coquille, the deputies of the Sheriff Coos County, Johnathan James Dowdy rolled into a courtroom to now stand in the accident, in which two members of the UMMUNITY COLLEGE softball team had invited life and injured several others.

The 32 -year -old Dowdy from Coos Bay was in a wheelchair when he heard the charges of judge Matthew Muenchrath on Coos County Circuit Court.

On Wednesday, the Court of Justice was initially a preliminary hearing, but became an indictment when a Grand jury met on Tuesday and, according to court records, gave an indictment against several points. The Grand Jury examined 11 witnesses, including several police officers, at least one parade and an Oregon State Police toxicologist.

Dowdy's indictment differs slightly from the crimes that are charged in his first arrest of the Oregon State Police. In addition to two counterparts of the first degree, he looks three -degree attacks, eight attacks of the third degree, nine cases of ruthless review of another person. The additional fees include individual driving with a suspended driver's license, driving during the intoxicating and ruthless driving.

Dowdy accuses the indictment of having ruthlessly caused extreme indifference to the value of human life. The number of second degree attacks accuses him of causing serious physical injuries for three victims under the same circumstances.

Dowdy remains imprisoned for a deposit of $ 2 million, and Muenchrath set his next hearing for May 21.
